Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday 27 November, and Cyber Monday on Monday 30 November. The CARLA HOME Black Friday Sale goes live in Black Friday week, with deals across our home organisation and storage range.

Is shipping free on Black Friday orders?

Yes. CARLA HOME ships free Australia-wide on every order, with no minimum spend, except to remote postcodes, which carry a surcharge based on weight.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery takes 1–3 business days to metro areas, 2–5 to regional areas and 4–15 to remote areas. It can take a little longer during the Black Friday peak.

Will my Black Friday order arrive before Christmas?

Yes. Orders placed during Black Friday are dispatched from Sydney well ahead of Christmas. For orders placed in December, check the Christmas delivery cut-off dates on our Christmas Gifts page, which we'll publish in early December.

Can I return something I bought on Black Friday?

Yes. You can return items for change of mind within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they're unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Can I pay with Afterpay?

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, so you can pay in 4 interest-free instalments. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

What's the difference between Black Friday and Cyber Monday at CARLA HOME?

They're two separate events, each with its own deals: Black Friday on Friday 27 November and Cyber Monday on 30 November–1 December.
