When should I order to get my gifts before Christmas?

We'll publish our Christmas delivery cut-off dates on this page in early December. As a guide, orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse, and delivery takes 1–3 business days to metro areas, 2–5 to regional areas and 4–15 to remote areas.

Yes. CARLA HOME ships free Australia-wide on every order, with no minimum spend, except to remote postcodes, which carry a surcharge based on weight.

Yes. Items can be returned for change of mind within 30 days of receiving them, as long as they're unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
