Shipping Marks Guide
All parcels shipped to Australia carry internationally standardised handling symbols defined by ISO 780:2015. These marks ensure your order is transported, stored, and delivered correctly — from our warehouse to your door.
What's printed on every carton

Purchase Order or invoice number linking the carton to your order record.

Handling & storage pictograms
Centre of Gravity
Indicates where the weight is concentrated. Lift near this point to prevent tipping or accidents during loading.
Sling Here
Place lifting slings or crane cables only at the points marked on the package.
Fragile — Handle with Care
Contents are delicate. Avoid drops, impacts, vibration, and rough handling at all times.
Use No Hand Hooks
Do not use stevedore hooks — they will puncture or tear the packaging and damage contents.
Do Not Use Hand Truck Here
Do not place a hand truck or pallet jack under this face of the package.
Do Not Clamp as Indicated
The sides shown cannot bear mechanical clamp pressure. Clamping will crush the package.
Clamp as Indicated
Mechanical clamps may only be applied at the reinforced points shown on the package.
Do Not Roll
Do not roll, tip, or tumble this package. Keep upright during all handling and transport.
This Way Up
Mandatory orientation. Do not invert or tilt at any stage of transport or storage.
Keep Away from Heat
Protect from direct sunlight and all heat sources. Store in a cool, dry environment.
Keep Dry
Protect from rain, condensation, and humidity at all times during transport and storage.
Temperature Limits
Store and transport within the temperature range specified on the label.
Do Not Stack — Fragile
Contents are fragile and the packaging cannot support additional weight. Do not stack.
Stacking Limit by Mass
Maximum total mass in kilograms that may be stacked on top of this package.
Keep Away from Radiation
Contents are sensitive to radiation. Keep away from all radiation sources during storage and transport.
Stacking Limit by Number
Maximum number of identical packages that may be stacked on top of this one.
Do Not Stack
No weight or other packages may be placed on top. This face must remain clear at all times.
Regulatory requirements at the border
🌿 Biosecurity & Timber Treatment — ISPM 15
Mandatory for all shipments including wooden pallets, dunnage, or solid wood crates. The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) enforces strict compliance. Non-compliant wood may be re-exported or destroyed at the importer's cost.
- The IPPC mark must be branded or stamped on two opposite faces of the wood.
- HT = Heat Treatment | MB = Methyl Bromide fumigation

⚠️ Safe Work Australia — Weight Labels (WHS)
Required to protect warehouse and logistics workers. Must appear clearly on the heaviest face of the carton.
🔋 Dangerous Goods & Lithium Batteries
Products containing lithium batteries or classified dangerous goods require additional outer packaging markings:
- UN 3480 — Lithium ion batteries (standalone)
- UN 3481 — Lithium ion batteries contained in or packed with equipment
- Red-striped diamond pictogram with battery illustration and emergency contact number.
- Limited Quantity (LQ) — White diamond with black top and bottom corners for shipments within LQ thresholds.
