How to track a PFL parcel

Enter your tracking number at pflogistics.com.au/tracking. You can track up to 10 shipments at once, separated by commas or spaces.

PFL only shows milestone events, so tracking won't update at every step. A gap between updates usually means the parcel is being sorted or is in transit. Public holidays, strikes and bad weather can also cause delays.

When another carrier finishes the delivery

PFL sometimes hands a parcel to another carrier for the final part of the journey. If your tracking shows that, contact the carrier doing the final delivery:

Picking up a parcel from a sheltered front porchTwo attempts before the depot

Two delivery attempts, then the depot

PFL makes two delivery attempts. After the first one fails, keep an eye on your tracking for the second. If both fail and there's no safe place to leave the parcel, it usually goes back to your local PFL depot, and you contact PFL customer service to arrange a pickup.

The carrier completing the final delivery: Australia Post, Aramex or Freightster, as shown in your tracking.
